Rainbow Hematite, with its rainbow spectrum of colors, is a wonderful crystal for the aura, all the chakras and for grounding. Its natural composition is unlike that of its silvery grey cousin that has a hardness and reflective, silvery sheen. Rainbow Hematite is brittle and more fragile. It is not always readily available and thus its possession is to be prized and its handling needs be gentle. The smallest piece has oversize benefits to be gleaned from holding and layouts on the body. Its energies are grounding but so enlivening at the same time. It is like an aurora borealis sky that shifts and moves through your subtle body to activate and raise your vibration. It grounds in the awareness that you are so much more than you think you are. And indeed, it is a great reminder that your energetic form is one of light and color and worthy of your regular consideration, treatment and expansion. Crystals always remind me of the synchronicity of the Universe. Everything we need within and without ourselves is supplied in abundance and in glorious technicolor. The picture below shows a cave in China where stalgtites and stalagmites have been discovered. The spectrum of colors you see is totally natural and fis ormed by the interaction of the elements within the Earth. The use of color in crystal therapy is important for the different vibrations of the chakras and our aura. When you choose a color to wear or a particular crystal to hold, you are tuning in to the frequency of that color on a subliminal level. When we learn how to incorporate this wisdom into our lives, we can impact our vibration on a regular basis.
