Turning the Tide of Consciousness

Hello Everyone,

I have just returned from a brief sojourn in “Merry Olde England”, Shoreham-by-Sea on the south coast to be precise.  While Thanksgiving is not a holiday in the British Isles, I took the time to visit my family there.  It was a time of closure for some physical things, but it afforded me the opportunity to become reacquainted with some things of my past and to realize how thankful I am for all that I have been blessed with.  More and more, as I read of the challenges all over the world, it is impressed upon me how simply a change of heart may enable a change in life.

As I walked along the cold, stony beach I could see a few stalwart fishermen on the harbor jetty, braving the cold wind in the hopes of catching their dinner.  I asked one of them if he had caught anything, and he replied, “probably a cold”!  Right!  On this spiritual journey, it takes persistence, moving out of your comfort zone, putting yourself out there sometimes and then seeing what comes back.  Trust in Trust, Faith in Faith.  But as the waves tumbled onto the rocks below, I felt quite at peace and chuckled at how this man, out in the cold, had the gumption to have a joke at his situation.  I countered his remark with one of my own that nonetheless “the sun was shining”.  In fact, the setting sun was preparing a narrow but quite lovely red sunset.  (Do you see the two orbs in the photo above?)

Yes, I was seeing the glass half full, not half empty.  And that’s what I gave thanks for in that moment – hope, new life, new beginnings, the awareness that you create your experience in every moment for yourself.  I was thankful, even though standing in a cold wind on a bleak pier.  (I was not taking a long walk off a short pier — now that would be something to cry about!)  On a dime, as we each play our part in the Ascension of Mother Earth, we can turn the tide of consciousness for ourselves and others around us, becoming fishers of men.  Joy and laughter is infectious and very healing.  It breaks down barriers.   So if you see me wearing my purple “I Love Merlin” cap, I hope you will have a chuckle too!

I’m excited to announce a one-of-a-kind Crystal Skull Event on Saturday, December 11.  Come and join “Pancho” and Guardian Mario Bojorquez and “Portal of Venus” and I for a Day of Healing and Expansion.  I will be presenting “Maya Consciousness and the Crystal Skull”, a Dolphin Channeling and Meditation and, of course, bringing through my beloved Merlin!  Other December Happenings are also listed below.  The SQ Family is thrilled to announce that Derek O’Neill will be with us in New York, March 6, 2011, so please SAVE THE DATE! and make it a priority!

As we move from philosophical Sagittarius to practical Capricorn, know that we can go from the unreal to the real with the celebration of the birth of the Christ child, the manifestation of Love on planet Earth.  I wish you joy and blessings and thank you for another year of turning the tide of consciousness.  We’re all in this together.

Merry Christmas, and Best Wishes for a Marvellous 2011!
Love and Light,

December, 2010.
